Shipping Policy

All online orders placed Monday-Friday of in-stock items will be shipped within 24 hours. Weekend orders will ship the next business day. A "business day" is Monday through Friday.

For your convenience, our phone lines are open until 7:00 pm Central Time Monday - Friday. Please call us 806-771-7657 to place your order over the phone.

All orders will be shipped UPS.

Return Policy

Everything we sell is backed 100% by our "Love It" Guarantee. Items may be returned for any reason within 2 weeks for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding embroidery, clearance items, and shipping charges.
